Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies sootheka.com sets, why, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers your data more broadly.
01
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of text a website stores in your browser. It can be read back on later visits, which is how a site remembers who you are between page loads.
02
Cookies we use today
Today, sootheka.com sets one kind of cookie:
- Essential cookies — set by Clerk, our sign-in provider, to keep you signed in if you create an account. Strictly necessary: the site cannot offer sign-in without it, and it is not used for advertising or tracking you across other sites.
03
Cookies we don't use
We do not run analytics, advertising, or any other tracking cookie, and we do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this site.
If that changes — for example, if we add an analytics tool — we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before it runs.
04
Controlling cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser's settings. Most browsers let you block cookies from specific sites or all sites, and clear the ones already stored.
Blocking the essential cookie above will sign you out and may prevent you from signing back in — that is expected, since it is what keeps a signed-in session working.
05
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the cookies we use change, particularly if we add analytics as the site grows. When we make a material change, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
